We ensure to tenderise the core veneer to its extreme to avoid any weakening wrinkles, internal bubbles, warping up, de-lamination, curving, and bending are just the by-products. The WIGWAM modern day processes and technology ensure that the tenderising of the core veneer is done to its peak to have the deepest foundation for the most durable produce.

The neoteric assembly line is powered with Tetracycle Advantage® where the fixtures pass through the following four pressing stages of compression, which makes it stay sturdy, intact, and with minimal wear and tear, even after a decade.


The 4 stage life-cycle gives the plywood an integrated and bonded core with a superbly smooth silky crust. The pre-pressing technology evenly distributes the moisture in the entire sheet ensuring that the final product is of the superior grade. This process injects equal strength and stiffness properties which makes it ideal for applications which demand high strength, stability and rigidity, with a mild pinch of flexibility.

The advanced technological infrastructure of the new 7 lakhs square feet set up is powered with 100% imported machinery to produce the finest optimum plywood using the international standard operating processes [SOPs’] of tendering of the core veneer, modern-day drying methods, core-composing, core-jointing, auto-loaders for Hot press, calibration on both sides, four side edge trimming, and automatic block board production line with six side pressing.
